Monthly tuition payments are due on the first and payable until the fifteenth of the month, beginning in July and continuing through June.  Tuition paid in full by August 1 will be given a 3% discount. Late payments will be assessed a 2% per month penalty or incur a $25 late fee per month, whichever is greater.  Payments will be scheduled with FACTS.

Application Fee: An application fee of $50 must accompany new family applicants. The fee is $25 for students in existing families.

Enrollment Fee: A non-refundable deposit/enrollment fee is due at the time of acceptance or re-enrollment. Until May 1st the enrollment fee is $150 per student, with a family maximum of $450.  After May 1st, the fee increases to $200 per student, with a family maximum of $600.  However, after June 15th, the enrollment fee increases to $250 per student and there is no family maximum.  Families are thus encouraged to enroll early! 

Late Entry Fee:  Enrollment after September 16th will incur a $250 fee to cover extra time/expenses in helping a student catch up to a class already in progress.

Testing Fee/Activity Fee:  A combined activity fee of $50 for all students, and a testing fee of $45 for students in grades 3rd-11th, is due by August 31st.  No testing fees are required for students in kindergarten and 1st, 2nd, and 12th grades.

Family Discounts: Families enrolling two or more children will receive 7% off the second child’s tuition, 10% off the third child’s tuition and 12% off the fourth child’s tuition (oldest child is always considered the first student).

Full Time Ministry Discount: Discounts are available for the children of those serving the Lord in full time ministry. Eligibility for this discount will be determined by the school board. Please call the school for more information.

Tuition Assistance: Limited tuition assistance is available to families on a short term basis (one to three years). Families must be accepted to Geneva Academy before submitting a Tuition Assistance application. Eligibility is based first on financial need. Other factors include a family’s commitment to classical Christian education, their future ability to pay tuition without assistance, and their willingness to help with the school. Tuition Assistance applications are available online through FACTS and there is a $30 fee to apply.

Activity Fee: $50 per student due by the 1st day of school.
