A new Continuous Re-enrollment process has been activated.

  • Families re-enrolling with no changes do not have to do anything; re-enrollment fees will be automatically deducted in February.
  • To have re-enrollment fees spread out, contact Mrs. Shellard.
  • If adding a student, or changing the payment plan, contact Mrs. Shellard. 
  • To apply for Tuition Assistance, complete the online form by May 1, 2021.
  • Protected, Geneva Re-enrollment lasts until February 14.  After that is Open Enrollment.

On December 18th you received a notice, or bill, for re-enrollment fees; these will be automatically deducted February 12, 2021 using the banking information in FACTS Tuition Management now.  Then it’s all taken care of for next year!  No forms, no reminder emails.

To opt-out of continuous re-enrollment, do the following: logon to Family Portal.  Select “Apply/Enroll” and “Enrollment/Reenrollment.” Open the “Enrollment” link.  A new page will appear, and select the choice “Will not Reenroll.”  Mrs. Shellard will be notified of the change and will make sure the re-enrollment charges are not charged.

If you are new to the school, you should know that we always have a re-enrollment period for current Geneva families before we open it up for new families.  This gives current families the opportunity to secure places for their students.  Once open enrollment begins, the spots in classrooms are first come, first served.  We have had to turn away several families seeking spots this year in 2nd, 3rd, and 4th grades.  We do not recommend waiting.

Open Enrollment for new families will begin on February 14, 2021. 

The Tuition & Fees Schedule for 2021-22, including Re-Enrollment Fees, has been determined by the Board and is attached.

Unlike Enrollment, Tuition Assistance is not automatically extended for 2021-22.  Families seeking Tuition Assistance must complete the online application between January 15, 2021 – May 1, 2021.  You will need your 2020 tax return to apply. In order to be considered for tuition assistance, you must be enrolled with enrollment fees paid.

If you want to enroll a sibling for the 2021-2022 school year please start the application after December 18, 2020, and email prior to submitting the application. See below.

Adding a Sibling: Apply for Admissions for New Student

Step 1 - Login to Family Portal to START an application for new student. When adding a sibling as a new student, DO NOT SUBMIT the Application for your new student until you contact the office.

Step 2 - Notify the registrar that you are enrolling a sibling. Your family discount will be applied to the application fee once you have STARTED the application but not yet submitted. Please allow for processing on the next business day.

Step 3 - You will then receive an enrollment email just like you've received for your other enrolled students.

Step 4 - Your student is not ENROLLED until you've finalized your information in FACTS by selecting a payment plan and submitting your enrollment fee payment.
